Partner ID Reconciliation

After uploading partners to FDS, the system often changes the partner IDs. Use this tool to update all generated CSV files with the correct IDs.

Step 1 Upload Partner ID Mapping

• Upload Previous ZIP
• Screenshot (AI) ⭐ NEW!
• Upload CSV

📦 Upload Previous Data

Use this if:

1. You generated data earlier and want to reconcile it now
2. You have a ZIP file from a previous run
3. You want to work with existing CSV files

This will replace the current files in the output folder.

Upload ZIP File with CSV Data Should contain: generated_partners.csv, generated_orders.csv, etc.

Steps:

1. Open your FDS partner list (after upload)
2. Take a screenshot showing Partner Names and IDs
3. Upload here - AI will read the table automatically!

Extract Partner Data with AI

CSV Format Options:
Option 1 (Recommended): partner_name,new_id or company_name,new_id
Example: Atlas Transport Inc.,FDS_12345

Option 2: old_id,new_id
Example: P001,FDS_12345
